In-Ceram-4-Labs
Do not show In-Ceram cases away.
You too can offer these high-end restorations and at the same time offer a
wider selection of premium services.
What do we need from another dental lab to manufacture an In-Ceram coping?
- A ditched die with maxillary and mandibulary models
- A VITA shade
- 3 working days: In our lab by 12:00 on the first day, out by 12:00 on the
third day.
We can do the porcelain layering as well, or we have trail sizes of VITA Alpha Classic or VITA Alpha 3D master for sale to
get you started.
In-Ceram Copings to laboratories
In our lab at 12:00 on the first day, out by 12:00 on the third day.
Some tips:
Please note that VITAdur Alpha is the only porcelain that can be
layered on an In-Ceram coping. The firing temperatures are much higher than for Vita Omega
or 900 3D-Master.
Do not let the temperature rise too quickly, or else the crowns will be under fired
and
milky.
Please use a clean water bowl for VITADUR Alpha and take care that the
porcelain do not mix with normal Omega. Use the correct VITA Glaze, otherwise your crowns
will crack.
